When you need help urgently, this is the place to go. We are able to take a look at most urgent issues within an hour.
We do filter out issues that are not actual emergencies, so please do not use this form if you’re able to continue working/using your devices in the mean time. For regular issues please use the form on the contact page by clicking ‘Contact Us’ at the top and bottom of each page.
We will get back to you as soon as we can, no matter how you reach out, but Urgent tickets will be prioritized based on their authenticity. This contact form is more for things like your PC not turning on. If your issues are deemed to be a non-urgent issue, your ticket will be placed at the end of the list of our non-urgent tickets, potentially extending the time it takes to get to them, as the filtering SOS requests extends the time it takes to start on the non-urgent tickets.
